We understand that time is money, however with our flexible decreasing hourly rate, you wont have to worry about excessive bills due to time.  We also give written explanations after every service call, and never recommend unnecessary services.  By requesting our services, you agree to the provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

For Repeat Customers:
Repeat customers qualify for a $5/hour rate decrease on their third visit and on.  This does not apply to after hours service.

Support Blocks:
Customers are able to purchase blocks of time at a discounted rate.  Call us for more details.

Flat Rate Pricing:
We are able to provide flat rate pricing for some services, such as office networking and website design.  Please give us a call to discuss this further.

After Hours Service Rates:
For on-site service calls outside of 8:00AM to 7:00PM the rate is $100/Hour.

Payment Methods:
We accept Checks, Cash, & Credit Cards.  Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.  Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
